Iβm that kind of person that stays for a long period of time smelling perfumes in the fragrance aisle or that smells candles for so long it starts to look weirdβ¦ Β And these two β People are People and Intimate Silhouette β are my favorite ones this season!
I have to admit that it took me so long to write this post. Believe it or not, smells are kinda tricky to describe. Just finding the exact words was confusing, but I did my best! And if you have any questions about any of them, just leave a comment below or slide into my dmβs!
Both fragrances, People are People and Intimate Silhouette are Christian Sirianoβs. So, a bit of Christian Sirianoβs background is that he is a fashion designer, his design are mostly high end and SO CUTE.Β The bottle was designed by award winning designer Karim Rashid. The design of Intimate Silhouette was reworked to be a sophisticated representation of the unique sensual silk dresses designed by Christian Siriano.

If I had to choose one of these two, I would choose People are People. The smell is sweet, but not too sweet thatβs overpowering, just enough to be addictive. It is also clean, fresh and feminine, which makes it perfect for the daily use. And the smell lasts throughout the entire day! Β It also has an earthy, woody and fruity touch, which I love, because is the perfect combination, it is what makes this fragrance so unique. it has the perfect balance between sweet and fresh.
βPeople Are People was created from the inspiration experienced while looking at the iconic designs of Christian Siriano. We wanted people to feel the same way spraying on this fragrance as when they see Christianβs runway collections for the first time. Our goal was to bottle the feeling of having something special that looks, feels and smells perfect on every individual who wears itβ β Perfumers Alexis Grugeon, Jim Krivda, Gino Percontino.

This fragrance smells AMAZING, as well. The difference between Intimate Silhouette and People are People, is that Intimate Silhouette has a spicy and warmth touch to it! It doesnβt have that fresh scent, it is instead warm, fruity, sexy and spicy, which makes it so unique! I would definitely use this one for a night out. Since, it is more feminine and seductive, probably because of the black sesame seeds!
βIn creating this fragrance, I was inspired by the exotic beauty of black sesame seeds after I saw them in a traditional Vietnamese dish. As a cook myself, I was drawn to the familiar savory element of black sesame along with its additional aesthetic appeal. Just as Christian Siriano creates new ways to express traditional femininity with glamorous flares, I used black sesame as a new way of creating a captivating, edible fragrance. I leveraged the prevalence of gourmand fragrances to create an addiction for Christianβs brand in a savory way. Aesthetically, the black hue of the sesame introduces a dimension of elevated sophistication to the ingredient, a dimension that I realized emulated the alluring elegance of Christianβs designs. β β Christelle Laprade
