When making your class schedule, it’s sometimes inevitable to have some time in between classes. Sometimes that time can be as short as 10 minutes and you’ll have to run from a building to another to get to class in time. But other times it can be hours… And for the sake of productivity here are 10 things you could do between classes.
Hit the gym
Sometimes it is hard to find the time (or motivation) to go to the gym. But, what’s a better way than destress and unplug than going to the gym? Okay, I know there’re better ways to destress, but come on, don’t be lazy.
Hangout with friends
This doesn’t need an explanation.
Do homework
I bet you already knew this was coming, and you might not like this. BUT, if you take advantage of this time to do your homework and work on some projects, then you might end your day earlier and relax after your last class of the day. Besides being productive is always good.
Study for exams
Yep, this too. I personally like to schedule my classes leaving an hour of two between each of them. Because, I hate having to run from one side of campus to the other in 10 minutes. And also, because, that gives me time to study before an exam or quiz.

Catch up on your Netflix
What’s a better way to spend time than watching Netflix? You might have time for a couple episodes before your next class.
Take a nap
I lied, napping is better than watching Netflix. Besides, college life can get busy real quick and sometimes you might have to stay up late studying or working on projects. So, take a nap between classes and catch up on sleep.

Go for food
Going for food is always a good idea, who doesn’t love food? Besides, I don’t know about you but I sometimes have way too many things to do I forget to eat lunch or have breakfast, so go and get food between classes.

Work on a passion project
For me, this blog, Instagram and Tik Tok are my passion projects. Any free time I have I use it to either watch Netflix, hangout with friends or write on here. A passion project is always something good to have. It could be either writing a blog, painting, creating a business – anything you are passionate about!
Check your e-mail
Checking your e-mail is so important! Professors are constantly sending emails, so try to stay up to date with that so that you don’t miss on anything!
Run errands/do chores
There’s always a couple things we need to do every week, like doing groceries, cleaning our rooms, doing laundry. Take advantage of the time you have between classes to do this things. You might be too busy or forget after.
Make plans for the weekend
It is always fun planning something to do with friends or your S.O during the weekend. Besides, having something to look forward to makes the week go by faster ;).
Mediate
I’m not good at meditation and I still have a long way to go, however I love it! Whenever I’m stressed, feel anxious or very overwhelmed I meditate. It calms me down and helps me get rid of that brain fog that doesn’t let me think clearly. Meditation is something you should think of incorporating to your daily life. It doesn’t have to take more than 5 minutes.
