FLORIDA TRIP: RECAP + WHAT I WORE

This post is long overdue, I wanted to publish it a couple weeks ago, but fashion week was around the corner, and then I got sick. Now, I have some free time since I’m visiting my mom for a couple days. Anyways, back in August, I went to visit my sister in Florida! And I wanted to share what I wore in Florida since I never wear styles like these in the city and just wanted to update you in my life!

This post is not a touristic guide of things to do in Florida. Those 10 days I spent there were nothing but normal. I didn’t do anything other than going to the beach, eating a lot of frozen yogurt and spending time with family.

I definitely felt recharged and ready to go back to New York. I love living in the city and I’m so grateful! It’s pretty much a dream come true for me. BUT, the city can also drive you crazy. There’s always a lot going on around you and so much noise – it’s exhausting.

WHAT I WORE

Anyways, here’s what I wore in Florida! I had been saving these outfits to specifically wear in Florida, because they gave off that beachy/tropical vibe, that I wouldn’t have pulled off in the city.

This top is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. it’s a bit on the pricier side, $26 for a tank top, but the quality is so good! The top is super stretchy but also kinda tight and keeps everything in place.
