I have briefly reviewed the OOMPH fitness app on an article about weight lose & developing a healthy lifestyle. But, since it became literally my favorite fitness app, I thought I would do dedicated OOMPH App review, to explain its features and why I love this app as much as I do.
So, first let’s do a quick rewind to when & why I came across the OOMPH app. Back in March of 2020, when the pandemic started I moved from my dorm room at NYC, to Florida. I had to get used to living in a new small city, with no social life, and to work & study from home. These changes in my lifestyle made me gain weight. And, I don’t think weight gain is a bad thing. The issue was that none of my cute clothes fitted anymore! That’s when I decided to take the matter into my own hands and put some effort towards eating healthier & exercising.
PS. Our body weight and the way we see ourselves will change throughout our lives. The important thing is to love ourselves no matter what.
In NYC, I used to hit the gym, do Zumba & TRX, but I barely a yoga mat at home. I decided to try different at-home workouts but none seemed to work for me. By the third workout I was already unmotivated and bored…

Years ago, I used to do kickboxing with my sister and we always got out asses handed to us, but we had so much fun! The OOMPH app has over 300 workouts and they’re so much fun and intense (I mean it). There are different difficulty levels, you start on the first level called “white belt”. Every level lasts 6 weeks, each week has 5 workouts and each workout lasts 30 minutes. Not only is the app itself is very user friendly, but each workout video is also very high quality and easy to follow.
I’ve been doing their workouts for almost a month, and have started seeing some results! On the Apple App Store, the OOMPH app has 4.7 stars and so many good reviews! I promise you’ll have so much fun doing these workouts and you’ll also get awesome results if you stay consistent and complete the weekly workouts.
