Aside from taking CBD, I have also tried skincare products containing CBD – is that something you’d want me to write about?

What is CBD oil?
First of all, CBD or Cannabidoil won’t make you high. Because, CBD oil only contains 0.3% THC, which is the chemical component in marijuana that has psychoactive effects. My experience with CBD
I have anxiety, and it has always been something I could control. But in 2019, it reached new heights and it started affecting my life. It was not severe anxiety, but I did feel very anxious most of the time. I think what triggered my anxiety was birth control, which I had started taking at the beginning of that year. So, I decided to start taking CBD and it has helped me so much! My anxiety attacks slowly stopped, and my palpitations slowly started to disappear. I don’t take it on a daily basis, but whenever I feel overwhelmed & stressed.
I think CBD has definitely played a role in how I deal with anxiety. However, I also think anxiety has a lot to do with your own mindset. I have grown as a person and taken more control over my actions. I have learned how to manage my anxiety and how to have a positive outlook on life rather than a negative one, which fuels my anxiety and makes it endless cycle of anxious behavior. So, yes, CBD has helped me a lot, but it is not the only reason my anxiety has gotten so much better better.

Products I have tried
Hemp CBD Gummies
These are my favorite CBD gummies ever! They taste so good, it is actually hard to only have a couple. I take one gummy for anxiety – it helps me calm down and puts me at ease. Two gummies make me fall asleep in under 20 minutes!
Sunrise Oil
The sunrise sublingual oil is supposed to put you at ease without making you feel drowsy. When I feel a bit anxious during the day, I take this oil, mostly in the morning.
Sunset Oil
I usually use this Sunset sublingual oil whenever I can’t fall asleep. It pretty much makes me pass out in 20 to 30 minutes, which I love! This oil is a mix of CBD and melatonin.What I’m not a big fan of is the very strong mint flavor. I usually drink so much water after taking it to get rid of that flavor.
ELON Starter Kit
Elon is like a vape or jul, but it has no nicotine. It charges fast, is lightweight and has no buttons. They carry two types of stems: Uplift and Relax. Each Stem is crafted with a blend of CBD flower designed for overall wellness, focus, and rest. They’re sustainable – recycled paper packaging to biodegradable cartridge shells.
I have tried this product for a couple weeks and I like it so far. At first, I didn’t know how to exactly use it – I have never used a jul and don’t smoke. I found out about Yesterday Wellness a couple months ago and they’re probably one of my favorite CBD brands, especially because all of their products are plant based!
