Matcha Bubble Tea

A delicious and incredibly easy matcha bubble tea recipe, ready in 15 minutes!

Materials

  • 1 tbsp Matcha
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar

Instructions

  • Add water to a pot and let it boil. Then, add the tapioca balls, cover the pot, and let them cook for a few minutes. Stir them occasionally. Once they’re ready, strain the tapioca balls. Set aside to cool slightly. The tapioca balls are ready when they’re warm but not hot.
  • Mix a tablespoon of matcha with filtered water. Use half a cup of water. And whisk. If you don’t have a whisker, you can just cover the cup and shake. Pretend you are a bartender and shake away.
  • Transfer the warm tapioca balls and the matcha to the glass you’ll be using. Add the milk and sweetener of your choice. This is also where you add ice if needed.
