And it promises results such as weight loss, detoxification, and increased energy. And well, SkinnyMint is this awesome brand that came up with this 28 day teatox program that consists in 2 steps, promises results such as bloat reduction and energy boost, in just 28 days.
How does it work?
Well, the thing about the SkinnyMint 28 Day Teatox program is that it’s super easy to follow. I’m a busy college student, who often forgets to have breakfast and dinner. I’ve honestly forgotten a couple times to drink the tea, because sometimes I wake up too late. The fact that I had to take the night cleanse tea every other night, made it easier to forget.
Anyways, the way this SkinnyMint 28 Day Teatox program works,
is that you have to drink the morning boost tea every morning. This tea contains guarana, green tea, dandelion, Nettle leaves and Yerba mate. And every other night, you have to take the Night Cleanse tea. Which contains ginger root, peppermint, orange leaves, psyllium husk, licorice roots, lemon grass and hawthorn berries. I know I know, there’re a couple ingredients you probably have never heard of before. But these ingredients have laxative, relaxing and anti-bloating properties. I’d recommend to 
be careful with the amount of time you leave the tea bag in hot water, since it has a strong laxative effect. According to the website, you should leave it there for 3 minutes, so try to do that. Once I forgot to check the time and I left it there for like 10 minutes. And well you can imagine what happened the next day… If you feel like drinking this night cleanse could be problematic for you, there’s a new option for the Night Cleanse Tea and it doesn’t contain Senna Leaves and Psyllium Husk.
If you’re wondering how does it tastes like, it tastes okay.The morning boost tea, tastes exactly like green tea. The night cleanse tea definitely has an stronger minty flavor but it isn’t something that would normally stop me from drinking it. If you strongly dislike the flavor, you could always add some stevia or milk to your tea.
Does it work?
It does work, but it doesn’t work alone. In order to see results and for the tea to work, you need to combine it with excersice and healthy food. If you do so, it’ll definitely boost up the results. For instance, if you want this teatox to work and make a difference, then you need to work out regularly and say goodbye to junk food. And this goes to any weight loss program you might find. You can’t expect something to work like a magic potion if you don’t do your part.
I lost about 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I know it isn’t much, but keep in mind I sometimes forgot to drink the tea and also I had some cheat days. Also, I was working out and eating a bit healthier. I’m happy with the results and I think the 28 Day SkinnyMint Teatox program is worth it, only if you’re willing to do your part, which means eating healthy and working out.
